Therapy:

Ice bags can also reduce muscle spasms and inflammation. It can also be used for cold therapy or for heat therapy. Method :

Cold Therapy: Fill bag with ice cubes, crushed ice or ice water, securely screw the cap on and place where you feel the pain.

Heat Therapy: Fill bag two-thirds of the ice bag pack with hot water (not boiling), securely screw the cap on and place where you feel the pain.
